After checking into rehab from facing alcoholism, then being 50lbs overweight at the age of 40, Rich decided that he wasn't going to be another statistic.

Rich overcame all odds and committed to becoming the best version of himself in all areas of his life, particularly health. He adopted a plant-based diet and began doing iron-man distance triathlons, including the EPIC5 CHALLENGE - an odyssey that entailed completing 5 ironman-distance triathlons on 5 islands of Hawaii in under a week. Yes, he did all of this by just eating a plant-based diet.

Today, at the age of 50 (almost 51), he's recognized as the "25 Most Fittest Men in the World" by Men's Fitness, a #1 bestselling author of Finding Ultra, and hosts one of the most popular podcasts in the world.

I had the honor of sitting with Rich in his beautiful home in Malibu, where he shares how to break through your mental and physical barriers, living to your full potential, finding balance while running a business, being a father/husband, and training as an ultra-endurance competitor.
