Alignment, Integrity, & Heart-Centered Leadership

Today being a coach is the newest trend. Coaching has turned into a means to an end for so many people hopping on the business social media wave. I believe that coaching will radically change our world for the best, but only if it's from a place of heart-centered leadership & absolute servitude. Today I get down on what's missing from our world of coaches & how so many are using coaching as their personal avenue to success, rather than using it to truly SERVE. As coaches, we get to be in total alignment, absolute integrity, & complete authentic expression of ourselves!
