Supersoil Experiment, IL Cannabis Laws, NECANN Controversy, and More, with Rhizo Rich

Rhizo Rich from www.illinoiscannaconsulting.com is back on the show to discuss an upcoming experiment he's conducting, where he is growing the same cut of cannabis in several different brands of supersoil, to see how the results differ. Rich discusses how he came up with his own blend of supersoil, and talks about the differences and similarities in some of the most well known brands. The conversation then turns to Illinois cannabis, and Rich discusses two interesting bills that are being proposed. One bill would institute a statewide cannabis tracking system, run by the Illinois State Police, while the other is an interesting home gardening bill that protects homeowners rights to cultivate plants of all kinds in their own homes. The guys wrap up the show by discussing the recent seed selling controversy with NECANN, and how the online cannabis community reacted to the announcement.
