On this episode, Rich dives deep into his training techniques, sharing all his tips for keep your canopy even and stacked with buds. Rich describes the commonly accepted difference between the methods known as "scrog" (screen of green) and "sog" (sea of green), as well as the benefits and drawbacks of each. Rich also talks about using tellis screens to weave, and the importance of keeping a flat and even canopy whenever possible.
