50. I am burnt out ... Here is what I am doing about it. Plus it's the last show of 2022!

Happy 50th show and last episode of 2022!

What a massive massive year it has been and I am finally admitting that I am ready to stop! I am burnt out, I am done and right now I just need a break.

I know I am not alone in this feeling so today’s episode is all about burnout!
