I have to credit my good friend Marjorie, who's a wonderful meditation teacher,  for coming up with that. How to get quality sleep? What is the sleep that you dream of? Is it getting more sleep? Is it having lucid dreams? Is it processing emotion and growing in your sleep?   


I will guide you in meditation. You don't have to do anything except get into bed, close your eyes, and allow David and guest teachers to guide you into a deep, peaceful rest.  


Enjoy letting go of the day, quieting all the mental noise, and going back to that primordial place of stillness that is calling you back.
