Grand Slam KBO Weekly: #13 with Virgil Hodges

On this week's episode of Grand Slam KBO, Bradley Hider returns from unexplained isolation to take part alongside Andrew Farrell and Matthew Care for number (Hop House) 13. Long-suffering Hanwha Eagles fan Virgil Hodges joins the Zoom chat from his home in Daejeon to talk about watching baseball during the pandemic, Hanwha's years of despair, poor player recruitment and......give a quick hello to his mom (Hi, Virgil's mom).

There's a bit of drinking beer and Hider's obsession with Jagermeister. Get voting on the Hall of Fame special using the hashtag #KBOHoF The nominations: Reigning champion Andrew goes with Hanwha Eagles' fanbase, who have suffered enough but stick with the team. Matthew nominates former OB/Doosan Bears infielder Tyrone Woods, KBO MVP in 1998; Bradley Hider, awaiting his first successful nomination, picks a great one in Chadwick Boseman's role as Jackie Robinson in the movie 42; and guest Virgil Hodges wants KBO ballpark 1 litre pitchers of beer to be included in the HOF.
