Even as society is changing towards gender equality, patriarchal family settings still exist, and the cultural norm still holds that leadership characteristics are more often associated with men.

Women have made great strides, but the journey is far more than what we think it is. Women need to do more to even the tide in gender equality.  We need to empower more women to take the seat of leadership because women leadership compared to men are totally different.  In this episode, Nikki Tang delivers a very moving encouragement for women to be game changers, to utilize their full potential, to take a good grip at opportunities and to be their own champion.
