Setting boundaries isn’t always comfortable because there is fear that  people may push you back. People will always try to test your limits, to see how serious you are about drawing the line. Be patient with yourself if you have trouble setting boundaries because setting boundaries takes practice.


In those moments of doubt, we could all use a little reassurance that we’re making the right call when we choose to set up boundaries.  We need to always choose what is best for us - that is self love.  We need to fill our love tank first before we are able to give.  Saying ‘no’ is not selfish.
