We all make decisions many times in our lives, some of them minor ones such as what brand to buy for a new washing machine. It is inevitable for us to face making major decisions when we are at the crossroads of our life, such as whether to leave our 9 to 5 day job or take the risk of starting our own business.  When faced with a decision, we are more likely to take the path ‘we want’ rather than the path ‘we should’.


Thoughtful decision making comes with practicing mindfulness and we are able to make the right decisions when we are aware of the facts concerning the subject that we are to decide on.
