It is a misnomer to confuse busy and productive, which are two different words with different meanings, but some mistakenly believe they are one and the same. You can be busy but not productive and you can be productive without being busy.

In this episode of Grace, Grit & Glow, host and 'Beautypreneur' Nikki Tang delves into the difference between being busy and being productive. In the workforce, the word “busy” is often used by some to justify not being able to handle or accept new tasks.  On the other hand, when someone is productive, he or she may not appear to be busy but still doing their work because they have systems in place in order to work efficiently.  The ability to be productive rather than busy will help you in the long run and even promote self-care.

In this episode of Grace, Grit, and Glow, you will learn:

How do you distinguish between busy and productive?
Tips to stop being busy and start being productive.
Why do people overuse the word “busy”?
What are the things that you can control and how to accept those that you cannot?
