The Cali yard has no weights but you can still build muscle in a prison workout with no weights. All it takes is intensity and a heart. How intense are you in that set? Is it life or death? Are you biting the ground during your burpees and push-ups? Are you squeezing out every last rep? It all comes down to intensity. Intensity is everything. You can still smash your goals and stay consistent with your program even if you don't have weights.
