It was when he was locked up that Wes Watson experienced true pain and overcome it. A lot of people consider anxiety and depression as the true pain but Wes has worked with a lot of people having these same issues and all's he could say is that these mental states are nothing more than notifications instilled in the human body to get you to move. Never heard of a man doing burpees, or having a marathon and a crazy workout who says, "I have anxiety right now". Every time you think you have anxiety, scratch that!! Scratch that out and just call it energy. Just say "I have energy!!" and then go use that energy because you are meant to move. You are meant to get up and go straight into the flow state.
