Jed is also the president of Richard Group, a building and civil General Contracting & Construction Services Company based in Glenview, Illinois. He graduated from West Point in 2004, the same year he enlisted in the Army as a commissioned officer. Jed retired from the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team in 2009 with the rank of Captain.
