Series 2 - Episode 1 - Rowena Leslie - Kai Rho Contracting

Hello and welcome to Series two of The Crib room Podcast thanks to Emyjor Services. Plumbing, Excavation, Controlled Waste and Carpentry services in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. PL7910.

As we begin our new series, we are gathered here at our West Kalgoorlie Studio. We would like to acknowledge the traditional owners and would like to pay our respect to elders past, present and emerging.

Today our new series starts with Rowena Leslie, Rowena with her sister Katrina are traditional owners from the Mirning traditional lands in the south to the Nangaanya-Ku & Nyulpa Pirniku lands in the Northern Goldfields region. They are also traditional owners from the Wajarri Yamatji in the Murchison Region.

They have established a wonderful business that encourages, grows and supports a local Aboriginal workforce of operators and machinery for the mining and civil works industry. Their Business is Kai Rho Contracting
