Thank you Darren for sharing this truth. Your attitude and your actions are all you can control and as we are striving to achieve our #WorkOnWellness goal, we have to accept this and learn it, embed it in our mind, in our hearts. When we start getting frustrated and feeling like we don't want to go to the gym, or eat properly, we need to remember that you can control your attitude and your actions. You can control these two things. Yes, you can control that feeling of negativity, those feelings of desire for the donut.  We can also control our actions. We can make the decision to go to the gym, to work out that extra ten, fifteen minutes. We can change the habit of looking for sweets and treats when we are depressed or stressed. We can do the things we need to do when we need to do them. We have that choice.


Some days it harder than others to get up early and hit the gym. I know. I have been trying to get up early and go to the gym. There are days I decide not to go. It's not anyone's choice but mine when I don't go. I can control my attitude and my actions. The good or bad are my choice.


What choices are we going to make? If it's difficult to make the right choice, we need to turn to our Why. Remember Why you are striving to achieve this goal. Knowing the reason why we do what we do, will help remind us why we started this journey to begin with.
