EP20 - Why building up a network is essential for any leadership path. Interview with Matthias Reuter

Matthias Reuter was appointed as the Head of Leadership Excellence in April 2019. Responsibilities include developing enterprise level leaders and transforming leadership to master digital transformation. Over the last 3 years Matthias was the Global Learning and Transformation Manager at Siemens in the lead for learning consulting and solutionsco-creating digital capability building across the company. Prior he was holding various positions in corporate learning, people and organizational development leading large scale rollouts and innovative learning architectures. Before he started at Siemens as a management consultant Matthias gained more than 5y of professional experience in Sales, Marketing and Service Business. While still at University Matthias started his career as an Entrepreneur and Co-Founder of a marketing consultancy. He is a true believer in Leadership, Learning and Education as key drivers for future success.
