If I had a broken arm or broken leg, you would not think twice about asking me about it nor providing some level of empathy for my situation.

However, if I am struggling with anxiety, depression, or any other emotional difficulty, you would likely shy away from the conversation and avoid it, or you might not even notice my struggle. (As I may also avoid bringing it up as well.)

Mental and emotional well-being is mainly swept under the rug yet is crucial for our overall well-being.

Our current society has grown to understand and adopt physical fitness as necessary for our physical health and well-being. Just as the importance of money management for our financial well-being. However, the lack of resources and discussion around emotional well-being is staggering.

According to the World Health Organization and 2018 Gallup poll, both found that 2/3rd of full-time employees have admitted to some level of stress and burnout.

How do these levels of burnout and stress affect our financial, physical, work, and personal lives? They affect our emotional well-being first.

Today, on The Go Reflect Yourself Podcast, we discuss emotional well-being, mental health, and overcoming stress in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic with Author and Neurocoach Rachel Kozy.

More About The Go Reflect Yourself Podcast

The Go Reflect Yourself podcast was created after years of being a corporate employee and an independent business owner. Throughout all of those years, I learned that no matter what level of success people had achieved, specifically financial success, often they were still missing something, missing true joy, well-being, and fulfillment.

To truly have the life you want; total well-being, the career, house, family, relationships, car, lifestyle, wealth, freedom, you name it….you must learn what success is and where it comes from, starting with how you think.

I help busy professionals, business owners, leaders, and entrepreneurs, just like you, learn the skills needed to discover their inner brilliance and greatness to thrive in all areas of life.

My goal is to transform the world by mastering the necessary skills to achieve ultimate fulfillment and well-being by using practical neuroscience.

I am your host, Heather J. Crider; I am a high-performance transformationalist, neurocoach, author, and speaker. CEO of Heather J. Crider & Company as well as Founder of Digital Architect Media. However, my main joy and passion are being a mom of two teenagers (wow...teenagers- that’s hard to say now!)
