Dillon's work encompasses concepts of health, physical activity, and education. Prior to attending the University of Auckland, Dillon received a Masters of Education and a Masters of Arts at Columbia University. He worked under the direction of Professor and AERA Fellow Stephen Silverman. Dillon served as a tutor for Research Methodology in the Department of Biobehavioral Sciences.
