Finding out I'm Autisic at the age of 50

Im absolutely delighted to share with you our second guest Richard Semmens  

Richard will be sharing his own lived-experienced of Autism & ADHD (and late diagnosis in his 50's), He is now running a social enterprise which supports hundreds of families with Neurodiverse children.  
I can't wait to hear this story and would welcome anyone who would like to know more about Autism and ADHD to come and join us.
