Why does something bad have to happen to our health before we finally feel motivated to do something about it?  As a society, we react to health problems rather than prevent them.  From grade school to college, no one is teaching us how to be healthy and stay that way.  So, I did research to create my own plan.  Through the process, my body returned to its natural state of being because I redefined health for myself.  This begs the question - how do you define health?  I am Dr. Jonar and this is my podcast, the Glass Half Healthy!  As a trained physician and CEO of 4 Truth Health Coaching, I will help redefine health and wellbeing through conversations with thought provoking guests.
