To kick off Season 2, I review the first year of my podcast with guest host Jeremy Toffle, M.D. We first talk about my path into medicine then my journey to better health, both of which can be traced back to my upbringing and the passing of my father.  We then go into the inspiration behind my podcast, a recap of what it’s all about and highlights of some of the memorable moments from this past year.  We also briefly discuss some of the difficult challenges I’ve experienced, both personally and professionally, managing the podcast while working as a hospitalist during the pandemic.  We end our talk by looking toward the future of my podcast.  With the recent wave of the Delta Variant, I hope that my podcast continues to not just inform but inspire you down the path of healthier living.
