She's a board certified physician as well as a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Ayurveda practitioner. In our talk, we discuss the potential for plant food to become a boundless source of energy in your life. Dr. Sirchand also addresses the misinformation and myths surrounding plant nutrition. She helps to distinguish between the terms vegan and plant based as well as to identify the different philosophies behind each.
