About Kay Suthar:

Born and raised in London, Kay Suthar served as a Police Officer with distinction for several years before becoming a Campaign Manager with the Liberal Democrat Party. However, by her mid 20’s, Kay’s health began to deteriorate, which led to her becoming depressed and overweight. And so, for a while, she struggled to climb both the political and corporate ladder.

But when she discovered the science of the mind, Kay gradually applied these teachings and, in turn, transformed every aspect of her life. As a result, Kay organically fell into coaching, transitioning from having several health issues to closing sales, streamlining businesses, and managing their finances to hit monthly targets before embarking on her own.
