We’re wrapping up our Wellness series today by taking a look at our occupational wellness. It’s an area of your life you might not be thinking about in connection with your whole body health - but finding meaning and joy in your work (no matter where you work) matters! We talk about our behaviors and mindsets that get in the way of our finding meaning in our work, share ways to cultivate our occupational wellness, and wrap it up with a few truths that could change the way we think about the work we’ve been called to do (whether it’s our dream job or something we’re doing out of necessity.)
