We all know the basics - drink water, eat a balanced diet, get enough rest - but many of us are choosing to ignore what we know our bodies need. Today we’re getting honest about why - digging into things like immediate gratification and confronting just how good we are at ignoring our body’s signs and signals. We talk about our misconceptions surrounding physical wellness, share the signs that we’re working towards physical wellness, and wrap it up by sharing ways to cultivate physical health that are practical, doable, and don’t require you to completely give up donuts.
