What do you consistently every day? Or most days of the week? Shower? Brush your teeth? Go to your job? Feed your children? Exercise? 


You have the consistency muscle. Often times it’s not the consistency we lack, it’s the courage.


Here’s the catch, we’re consistent only in areas where we’ve attached pain to NOT being consistent in.


Let’s take going to a job for example. We’ll go to a job even if we don’t like it because we’ve attached enough pain to not going. If we don’t go we think we’ll get fired and we’ll lose our paycheck and this lose our security and our whole world will fall apart. So we keep consistently showing up, not because we want to, because we’ve attached enough pain to not going. 

What if we attached pain to NOT going after our dreams? What if we used the consistency muscles we already have to build our businesses and our dream life? Sounds like a good idea to me.
