STALLED CROWDFUNDING RULES LEAVE BUSINESS PLANS ON ICE
The JOBS Act approved in April of this year contained a provision that would allow “equity crowdfunding” allowing small and medium-size businesses to sell stock in their companies online.  The Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) has not written the rules so that selling can begin.  Dave feels that equity crowdfunding is a great idea and would spur small business expansion and the jobs that go along with this growth.  It is disappointing to hear that the process is behind schedule.  Read the entire article @ Waconsult.com, and subscribe to my monthly eNewsletter.
