"Leading from the Front"
This week Jennifer and Brandon were joined by Julie Cullivan the Chief Information Officer and Chief People Officer of ForeScout who recently was acknowledged for being a Cybersecurity Women of the Year recipient. She shared the importance of leading from the front by “going ugly early“ and saying the hard thing. In addition, she shared the importance of being vulnerable with others to establish trust and safety. Finally, she reminded us to create great friendships at work with people who have shared values and get things done. Remember if you are in a growth mindset then you are the "s#$t".
