Today Steve is covering the topic of Realtors.  It seems like everyone knows about realtors these days.  Whether you are looking to rent, lease, own, or invest there is most likely one realtor involved in the transaction.  So with realtors being so prevalent in our society, why is finding the right realtor for you so hard?  Steve has thought long and hard over this and with his many years of experience (and interactions with hundreds of realtors) he has some clarifying ideas on the subject.  Simply put: Not all realtors are created equally.
