The "Murph" is a popular workout that consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run, all done consecutively for time. The workout is named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005 and was known for his dedication to fitness. The Murph workout is often done on Memorial Day to honor fallen military members, and it is considered one of the most challenging and grueling workouts in the CrossFit community.

Despite the fact that it's generally completed on Memorial Day, Brayden Rhoton took it a bit further. 365 days later, Brayden can now say he has not only completed the Murph Challenge for an entire year in a row, but now has the fastest recorded time! In today's episode of the Get Over Yourself Podcast, Brandon Davis leads Brayden Rhoton through a journey of remembering some of the toughest moments during his Murph journey. The two dive deep into the high's and the low's, the mental struggles, and the physical strains that were put on Brayden. This is an episode you are NOT going to want to miss. Come to learn how to get mentally stronger and accomplish something as insane as doing a Murph for an entire year.
