Questions:
What is it like to me around me?
What emotion am I feeling at the moment?
How am I doing at the moment?
How am I feeling?
What’s the worst that can happen?
What’s the reality if it did happen?
How do I mitigate the worst from happening?
Who am I?
Who do I want to be?
