She has served public school districts, colleges and universities, and a wide range of community-based non-profit organizations as a fundraiser, grant writer, communications specialist, strategic planner, program designer, and more. She lives in Grand Rapids, MI, with her husband, Steve. Between the two of them, they have three college-aged kiddos and one goofy rescue dog.
