In this episode I discuss a couple of studies regarding how morning light can help reduce body fat, metabolic function and appetite. 

I have discussed the importance of getting out for a morning walk many times, and for many reasons such as mood regulation, productivity, and exercise. 

Now we have even more evidence that validates early morning walks!
