OK, we all have our breaking point.  A dinner out can throw you in a rabbit hole of poor health.  What??? I mean that when you go out and indulge, maybe thats when you then "fall off the wagon", maybe its a weekend, maybe its 3 weeks into the program you are on.  Well its all about self sabotage when you are met with resistance.  You can power through if you know what you are actually dealing with, so get after it.
