Jessica is a gender and violence prevention specialist with over a decade of experience with the United Nations & The Red Cross. She is a Ph.D. Candidate in International Development Studies at the University of Ottawa. Her research looks at post-conflict aid programming and the impacts of gender equality in Sri Lanka.
