Failed Verification

You're wrong if you think this country is safe with a nuclear bomb arsenal. Weapons of mass destruction aren't only conceived and developed in this country and they don't have to be delivered by intercontinental ballistic missiles. No, a weapon the size of a refrigerator smuggled in this country means we're vulnerable. We spend billions if not trillions on our defense but we can never be safe. We opened the door to something that can't be stopped. They can't be verified when placed by an opponent on American soil. By accident or design they can't be defended against.
