Episode 3: Turbocharging VUCA Leadership with Dr. Barrett C. Brown

In this episode, I welcome my long-time friend and former coach Dr. Barrett C. Brown of Apheno Advisory.  Barrett is an incredible soul with a passion for developing leaders to tackle critical sustainability issues in the social and business sectors.  Barrett has worked with governments, multiple nonprofit organizations, and a plethora of businesses to help develop the skills needed to manage in VUCA conditions.  In this interview, Barrett shares the wisdom he has picked up from studying the top complex change leaders in the world, and he gives some great nuggets on what it takes to shift from our conventional thinking to more "systemic thinking."  Towards the end of the interview, he offers the audience a suggested Virtuous Cycle of Learning (VCol) to turbocharge VUCA leadership.
