So, for this week’s episode I am sitting down Carys-Mai Hughes, who is great runner and regular podium finisher across all of our events. We find out more about her personal life, career, travelling what motivates her. Clearly, she is someone who enjoys life to the full as we delve into her interests and why she loves running so much.
