Samadhi brings us to the end of our exploration of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. This is the phase in meditation which you are one with all, there is no separation. Samadhi allows  for us to experience more concentration, calmness, and clarity. Although it's not likely that we will lead our yoga students into Samadhi within a typical yoga class, we can still introduce them to meditation and Samadhi through Dharana, and Dhyana.
