To understand the maintenance of healthy and functional joint spaces, we must first understand the interdependent relationship of the muscles and bones. In this episode we review the musculoskeletal system and then explore "locking out" or "hanging on joints" in yoga poses. I see this in a lot of poses in a lot of students.
