Reflecting on 2020: The "Black Lives Matter" protest provoked a deeper look into the problems of already existing systems. In turn provoking a look into the problems which exist in the industry of yoga and this further served as a catalyst for change. For this particular episode I am reflecting on the transformation which did occur (and not focusing on the complacency & pervasive culture which also DOES continue) and how we, as yoga teachers, can continue to propel change.
