Amber Hansen is a pro powerlifter, skater, and big proponent of  encouraging women in weightlifting and training. Amber is also involved  with the Main Event charity organization, focused on bringing more  awareness to women in lifting.

This podcast focuses on her involvement with the powerlifting scene,  her background in figure skating, busting powerlifting myths, and some  of her philosophy behind training.
