Jimmy Kolb, world record holding benchpress specialist, with an  1120lb benchpress, and only going up from there, comes on the podcast  today! Jimmy has a big heart, and is just an awesome and humble guy to  be around. He lifts at Unleash'd Strength in Manassas, VA (check out  that interview here) and has competed in multiple powerlifting events.
