Overview: In this episode, we explore a nonpharmacologic approach to easing symptoms of COVID-19 in patients who are at lower risk of progression. Supported by a small study, a nasal saline rinse and gargle regimen was associated with more rapid symptom resolution and lower hospitalization rates.
