Kathy was inspired to launch this podcast after being asked by numerous women about her own fork in the road.  She was laid off for a second time and was questioning the future of her seemingly promising career.  In the end, she took a completely different path and built a new career as a two-time entrepreneur, even as many other women choose to stay.
