How do you define success?

When your hard work propels you to a position that allows you to give back to others.

What has been your biggest success of 2019 and why?

Learning to see beyond my own personal career goals, which led me to find a better work-life balance. Because of that, I found more joy through others around me, became more selfless, more confident and overall more satisfied in every aspect of life and my career.

What do you hope to accomplish personally or professionally in 2020?

To continue to expand the ways people can connect through golf, whether it's via the expanding coverage of our 12-hour per day online PGA TOUR LIVE broadcast, social media, or on the golf course with average golfers like me.
