What is your role? Senior Producer of Digital Content at Discovery Golf (Golf Digest and GOLFTV)

How long have you been at your company? 2 years

How do you define success? 

I read somewhere that we should judge our success on how much fun we are having. That was a bit of foreign concept to me at the time, but the more I thought about it the more it made sense. That doesn’t mean you don’t grind. It just means that what you’re grinding on lights you up inside. You’re excited to get to the office. You can’t stop thinking about projects that you’re working on even if the work day is over. That outlook might not be for everyone, but it works for me.

What was your biggest success of 2019 and why? 

Probably covering the Evian Championship. I had never produced that much content in such a short span of time, so coming up with ideas, working with a production team and watching it all come to life was incredibly rewarding and gave me a ton of confidence in my ability to execute.

What do you hope to accomplish personally or professionally in 2020?

Personally, I want to get involved with a foundation or charity that empowers young women (golf or non-golf).

Professionally, I want to produce and host more original content for Discovery Golf.
