Episode 7 features Coach Thurmond Moore - an expert defensive line specialist, who has coached at every level from High School through the NFL. He has either trained or coached such notable NFL talent as: Dwight Freeney, Joey Porter, JJ Watt, Cameron Jordan and Aaron Donald. During the interview, Coach Moore shares some of his observations about the common traits of top performers.
Growing up as an "Army brat," Coach Moore developed a deep respect and appreciation for the military. Not only was his dad his hero, he was also young Thurmond's youth baseball coach and the reason Thurmond became a coach! This is a light-hearted look at one man's journey through football and why "a little sugar goes a long way!"
