In this episode, I spoke with Kate Sidoti, co-owner of BRIM: a health-conscious restaurant in Minneapolis that dishes out bowls, sandwiches, and more. For Kate and her team, the pandemic was a close call. There were some days where she thought that everything was over.

But, with persistence and a passionate customer base, she made it through. We talked about that process and, also, how the events of 2020 have brought about new perspectives in the world around us.

You can order from BRIM here.
